A: No.  We are not Realtors.  We are a group of active home builders, rehabilitators and investors that sell houses retail or on favorable terms.  All homes listed on this site are for sale by owner.

Q: " I'm an investor who is looking for wholesale and handyman purchase kind of opportunities, can you help?"
A: Yes. Join our Investors Opportunity List and we'll alert you do great buying opportunities in the area.  

Q: "Could someone help me find the kind of home I need?"
A:  Yes.  Please use our contact form to contact us.  You can ask us whatever you need.  You can also leave your contact info so we can call or email you back.

Q: Do I need to find a lot or can you guys help me find a lot in a particular area
A:  We can help you find a lot.  We can build on your lot as well.

A: "Financing:  do you have any recommended lending institutions?"
Q: Yes we do.  We have the resources and connections to help you get into your new home.  Contact us for help.
